United Faculty of Florida (UFF) is the organization for higher education faculty and professionals in Florida.

Individually, in our profession, we can accomplish numerous things, such as completing advanced degrees, teaching courses, advising students, researching, and writing lectures, articles, and books; but together we can accomplish much greater things.

UFF is the higher education local of the Florida Education Association, which is affiliated with the National Education Association, American Federation of Teachers, and AFL-CIO.
