Our chapter’s mission include:

• To negotiate and obtain a Collective Bargaining Agreement that protects the rights, responsibilities, and opportunities for each FAMUFF faculty member.

• Insuring that the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement, once established, are understood and followed.

• Improving the rights, responsibilities, and opportunities for each FAMU faculty member.

• Working to help faculty new to the Florida state education system to understand the employment parameters and to work effectively within our state structures as these evolve and change.
