We at UFF-FAMU are working very hard to improve the working conditions of our Faculty and other stakeholders. 

Our negotiations team met with the administration on December 9th, 2022, our first meeting since June of this year. These negotiations however, followed an all too familiar pattern of lack of basic effort or interest on the behalf of the Administration to bargain in good faith.  As partially evidenced below, none of the University’s counter proposals represent any good faith effort to address faculty concerns; in fact, several counter proposals were redundant and meaningless.
